Overview
This February, open your heart and allow yourself to reconnect, realign your energy, and find compassionate deep relaxation through the power of sound healing at 1 Hotel Mayfair. Stephanie Waxberg is a certified sound healer, accredited by the CMA, who focuses on balancing, grounding and reconnecting to your intuition. This restorative practice supports wellbeing on a physical, mental and emotional level.
During this immersive experience, you will be invited to lie down on a comfortable mat, cocooned with pillows and blankets, and the session begins with intention setting, meditation and a palo santo cleanse. We then move on to the sound healing, where the vibrational frequency of pure quartz Crystal Tones alchemy bowls will help you to attain a deep meditative state of consciousness. Stephanie uses a variety of instruments including tuning forks, ocean drums, rain sticks and Koshi chimes, and the session concludes with a grounding practice.
