ABAVAS Rhubarb Brut is a unique sparkling fruit wine produced in Latvia using the traditional method of secondary fermentation in the bottle. The rhubarb is harvested at the peak of freshness to capture its natural tartness and vibrant aromatic profile. This release undergoes several months of ageing on its lees to develop a delicate mousse and a rounded texture. It offers an exuberant nose of fresh rhubarb, green apple and citrus blossoms, with a palate that is crisp, dry and refreshing.
