Harper`s Rest is a single-vineyard site in the Russian River Valley, farmed by the Mounts family for their Arista Winery. The 2015 vintage was warm and low-yielding across Sonoma, producing concentrated, generous Pinot Noir. Expect red and black cherry, raspberry and baking spice on the nose, and a rounded, silky palate with ripe tannins and good acidity. At its peak now, it will hold for a further few years; good with duck or mushroom dishes.
