This wine undergoes 100% whole-cluster fermentation in open top tanks, with manual punchdowns carried out twice daily. The gentle extraction process ensures rich tannins are developed to complement the fruit character. Aged for 20 months in 100% new François Frères French oak barrels, it is bottled without filtration.
