The 2011 Auxey-Duresses Coche-Dury is a white Burgundy wine from the Auxey-Duresses appellation, crafted by the highly regarded Coche-Dury domaine. The 2011 vintage was generally delicate, favouring balance and finesse over power. This bottling exhibits the producer`s consistent quality, offering a nuanced and refined profile with notes of white peach, subtle smoke and mineral tension, providing an earlier-drinking window than some of the domaine`s richer vintages.
