From the family-owned Hush Heath Estate in Kent, this 2008 vintage Brut Rosé forms part of Balfour's Archive Collection. A blend of Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Meunier, it delivers notes of buttered biscuit, crushed almonds, citrus fruit and red berries. This English sparkling wine has a delicate, off-dry profile with assertive blackcurrant fruit. Only just the pink side of white, it's a unique expression from a pioneering English winery.
