Vietti employs a traditional vinification method with long skin contact and maturation in large oak casks for 30 months to highlight the vineyard’s rugged, savoury character. The 2010 vintage delivers a formidable profile with notes of tobacco, white pepper and wild mint. The tannins are stark and profound, typical of the Serralunga region, providing a taut and mineral finish.
