Ben Nevis is a prestigious whisky distillery in Fort William, situated at the base of the eponymous mountain. It was founded in 1825 as an independent enterprise, but it has been owned by the Japanese group Nikka since 1989. This vintage single cask expression was distilled in 1991 and released independently by Hunter Laing in 2022. Bottled at a robust 62.1% ABV, it is a well-balanced dram, combining the distillery’s signature style with an exceptional cask influence. Presented in a dumpy bottled and a stylish case.
