A blanc de blancs sparkling wine crafted exclusively from 100% Chardonnay sourced from the Upper Levels vineyard in Hampshire. The base wine saw partial oak aging, with 46% in a large new foudre and the remainder in stainless steel, with no malolactic fermentation and 26 months on the lees. It delivers refined citrus, white stone fruit, complex nutty and toasty oak notes, and a fine, saline-driven structure with pronounced acidity.
