The 1989 Bonnes-Mares from Domaine Comte Georges de Vogüé is a mature red Burgundy from a prestigious Grand Cru vineyard. With a focus on Pinot Noir, the domaine owns a 2.66 to 2.70-hectare plot, primarily situated in the southern section of the climat, characterised by red clay soil. The 1989 vintage is noted for its ripeness and structure, producing a wine with concentrated profiles of black cherry and plum, accompanied by earthy undertones and subtle spice.
