Released to mark 25 years of Booker`s, this cask-strength bourbon was distilled in January 2003 from some of the last barrels laid down by Booker Noe himself, and bottled at a hefty 65.4% after just over ten years in barrel. Expect red apple, toffee and toasted oak on the nose, with a bold, spicy palate of caramel, vanilla, orange rind and dark chocolate. The finish is long, warming and nutty. A powerful, historic bourbon for serious collectors.
