Domaine Amiot-Servelle Bourgogne Pinot Noir 2023 is a red wine from the Côte de Nuits. This is essentially declassified Chambolle-Musigny and Morey-Saint-Denis fruit, farmed organically and treated with the same gravity-fed winemaking as the top crus in the domaine’s new carbon-neutral facility. In 2023, the family opted for full de-stemming to emphasise a bright, crunchy framboise character that defines the vintage’s immediate charm. It is a transparent, ruby-coloured wine that prioritises high-toned red fruit and accessibility over structural weight, finishing with a refreshing, saline clip and a subtle hint of spice from its 10% new oak ageing.
