Knitted in Donegal wool, spun with flecks of contrast fibre through the yarn so the surface has genuine depth and texture rather than a flat, single-tone face. The turtleneck is worked in a medium gauge, substantial enough to wear on its own, with a ribbed roll neck, cuffs and hem that give it a close, considered finish rather than a boxy one.

The base colour is Atlantic, a deep navy blue flecked through with pale threads that catch the light without softening the overall darkness of the colour. It reads as a near-black blue from a distance and only reveals its texture up close.
