Capreolus Blackcurrant Eau de Vie 2022 is a blackcurrant eau-de-vie produced at the Capreolus Distillery in Gloucester, UK. Capreolus uses only the finest local ingredients which are fermented using wild yeasts before being double-distilled in a small copper pot still. Produced in tiny batches, this super-premium spirit displays rich notes of ripe blackcurrant, menthol, wild red berry and cedar.
