Capreolus Cherry Eau de Vie is a vintage cherry eau-de-vie produced at the Capreolus Distillery in the Cotswolds. A true expression of locality and heritage, this super-premium eau-de-vie is produced from Worcestershire Penny black cherries from the 2023 harvest and bottled in small batches in the Cotswolds. Expect deep flavours of black cherry, skin and flesh and hints of smoky almond.
