Capreolus Raspberry Eau de Vie 2024 is a fruit spirit from Gloucestershire. Producer Barney Wilczak uses 30kg of hand-graded raspberries to produce each litre of this unaged distillate, with fruit grown within 30 miles of the distillery. It undergoes a slow fermentation with natural yeasts before double distillation in copper pot stills.Intense aromas of rose geranium, lemon and nuts lead into a rich palate where Turkish delight and fresh raspberry flavours provide a vibrant, fruit-led finish. This release is a limited edition of 939 bottles.
