Cardinale’s mission is to produce a singular Cabernet Sauvignon from the highest quality Napa Valley vineyards. The 2011 offers elegant notes of black cherry, cassis and spice, a full-bodied mouthfeel and light, but perfectly ripe, tannins. A cooler vintage and winemaker, Chris Carpenter, has yet again worked his magic.
