Casa Ferreirinha Quinta da Leda 2022 is a Douro red blend of Touriga Nacional, Touriga Franca, Tinta Roriz and Tinto Cão. Quinta da Leda serves as a primary source for the legendary Barca Velha in years when that pinnacle wine is not declared. The vineyards, situated on the south bank of the Douro River, are characterised by schist soils that provide optimal conditions for vine growth. Expect a dense, multifaceted red wine with an emphasis on cassis and damson underpinned by the balsamic notes of cedar and tobacco box that are the hallmark of the Ferreirinha style.
