Ceritas Hellenthal Pinot Noir 2023 is a medium-bodied red wine from the esteemed Hellenthal Vineyard, located in the Fort Ross-Seaview region of the West Sonoma Coast AVA. This wine is produced from own-rooted vines dating back to the late 1970s, specifically from the vineyard’s `Old Shop Block`. The grapes undergo hand harvesting and are fermented with approximately 60% whole cluster. The wine is then aged in 25% new oak for 16 months with full malolactic fermentation.
