Chablis Bougros Côte Bouguerots William Fèvre 2023 is a single-vineyard Chardonnay from the renowned Bougros vineyard in Chablis. This particular site, characterised by its steep slopes and Kimmeridgian soils, yields fruit with pronounced minerality. William Fèvre, a notable figure in Chablis, has been instrumental in elevating the region`s reputation for quality since the 1950s. The wine displays aromas of citrus zest and subtle white flower notes, complemented by a saline quality reflecting its terroir. The palate is taut and structured, leading to a dry finish. Best enjoyed from 2028 onwards.
