Bernard Dugat-Py Chambertin 2005 is a full-bodied Burgundy red wine from the Grand Cru climat of Le Chambertin in the Gevrey-Chambertin commune of the Côte de Nuits. One of the most respected winemakers in the Côte de Nuits, Bernard Dugat-Py is a 13th-generation vigneron managing 5ha of vineyards, including holdings in several Premiers Crus sites and three Grands Crus, around Gevrey-Chambertin. The domaine was established in 1979 through Bernard`s marriage to Jocelyne Py. From the ripe 2005 vintage, this is the domaine`s Grand Cru Chambertin.
