Dom Pérignon Rosé 2009 is a prestige-cuvée vintage Champagne produced by the esteemed Champagne producer Dom Perignon. The blend for Dom Pérignon Rosé 2009 features around 56% Pinot Noir, including about 13% still red wine) complemented by Chardonnay (around 44%). After meticulous crafting, the wine undergoes extensive aging on its lees for nearly 12 years in Dom Pérignon`s cellars before its release. This long maturation contributes to its creamy texture, integrated complexity, and potential for further evolution. Disgorgement took place in April 2021, with a dosage of 5g/L added.
