Based in Chambolle-Musigny, Domaine Jacques-Frédéric Mugnier is particularly well-known for its Musigny Grand Cru wine, which is regarded as a benchmark for that vineyard. The 2002 ‘Les Amoureuses’ shows a light and ethereal bouquet of summer berries and rose petals. On the palate, the wine is remarkably soft, with silky tannins and a firm finish.
