Crafted from select Chardonnay blocks at Kent's renowned Kit's Coty vineyard, this Blanc de Blancs sparkler benefits from chalky soils that give it a distinct minerality. Hand-picked fruit is whole-bunch pressed, with only the heart of the run-off used, before barrel fermentation and seven months ageing in French oak. The nose sings with citrus, green apple and white peach, layered with brioche and hazelnut notes, while the palate offers a clean, precise structure and a persistent, balanced finish.
