Clos St Denis Cuvée Très Vieilles Vignes Ponsot 2009 is a Grand Cru from the Morey-Saint-Denis appellation in Burgundy, crafted from vines over a century old. Domaine Ponsot employs 100% destemmed Pinot Noir and avoids new oak to preserve the fruit’s integrity. The excellent 2009 vintage reflected warmer conditions, producing a concentrated expression. Aromas of crushed raspberries and dried leaves merge with an underlying mineral character. The wine exhibits a silky texture and a prolonged finish.
