This 100% Chardonnay cuvée is vinified without malolactic fermentation and matured in oak barrels. On the nose, enticing yeasty aromas of brioche, biscuit and toasted bread are paired with fruity notes such as pears, peaches and lime. The palate has a defined mineral character, with hints of apricot, honey, apple, lime and grapefruit. Enjoy it with canapés such as mini salmon & dill puffs and blinis with caviar.
