Daniel Weller Emmer Wheat Bourbon is an experimental Kentucky Bourbon whiskey produced by Buffalo Trace in Frankfort, Kentucky. This binannual experimental release from Buffalo Trace is distilled from the ancient landrace Emmer wheat grain in a combination pot and column still, then matured in American oak casks for about 12 years. It was bottled at 47% ABV.
