Dolcetto Dogliani Papa Celso Abbona 2024 is an organic red wine from the Piedmontese estate Marziano Abbona. This bottling is named after the founder`s father and is produced from the estate`s oldest vines, some of which exceed 60 years of age. The 2024 vintage in Dogliani allowed for the development of deep, concentrated fruit while maintaining the grape`s characteristic almond-like bitterness. Fermented and aged entirely in stainless steel, the wine retains a vibrant purple colour and a fresh bouquet of blackberries and forest fruits. It is a powerful expression of Dolcetto, reaching 14% alcohol and offering a structured, grippy palate with a persistent finish.
