Dom Pérignon Rosé 2003 is a limited vintage Champagne, characterised by a meticulous blend of 70% Pinot Noir and 30% Chardonnay, including 20% red wine. The 2003 harvest, notably small due to a spring frost followed by an extreme heatwave, resulted in grapes of exceptional ripeness. This vintage undergoes a full 10 years of lees ageing, allowing for complex development and a balance of youth and maturity.
