Formerly known as the Araujo Estate, the Eisele Vineyard is potentially one of the greatest terroirs in California. The 2018 Cabernet Sauvignon sees 20 months ageing in 100% new oak, unveiling a nose of dark fruits, cocoa nibs, tobacco and crushed rocks. The mouthfeel is ample and silky, exploding with layers of black and red fruits, spicy cinnamon, vanilla and earthy notes, concluding on a long and velvety finish.
