This classic expression of eau-de-vie from Swiss producer Etter is produced with small Löhr plums, an indigenous local variety also popular in Germany. It’s a full-bodied and complex brandy, which has been patiently aged in a combination of glass demijohns and barriques. Enjoy it neat or poured over a sorbet.
