Gaja Gaia & Rey Chardonnay 2010 is a Burgundy-style dry white wine produced by the renowned Gaja estate in the Langhe sub-region of Piedmont, northern Italy. Fruit for this cuvée was sourced from two estate Chardonnay vineyards and matured in a combination of Stockinger foudres and oak barrels (10% new). "The 2010 Gaia & Rey is just beginning to show the early signs of aromatic complexity. Honey nectarine white truffle and orange peel meld into more tropical notes in a gorgeous layered Chardonnay.
