Crafted from estate-grown grapes in Kent and West Sussex, this traditional method sparkling wine blends 54% Chardonnay, 32% Pinot Noir and 14% Pinot Meunier. Whole-bunch pressed and fermented in stainless steel with a portion in old oak, it delivers bright gold colour with ripe citrus, orchard fruits, red berries and notes of toasted brioche and cinnamon. The palate is opulent and balanced, with a creamy mousse, zesty acidity and a long, refreshing finish.
