Hambledon Premiere Cuvee Aged 46 Months Sparkling Wine 75cl
£59.00
Hambledon Vineyard, established in the early 1950s, crafts this exceptional blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and Pinot Meunier from the superb 2013 harvest with barrel-aged reserve wines from 2010. The palate delivers confit lemon, blossom, apricot, and red apple with a taut, saline-driven finish. Fermented partly in French oak, it spends a minimum of 46 months on the lees for added complexity and finesse. A classy English sparkling wine that is both focused and energetic.
