Hermitage La Chapelle Paul Jaboulet Aîné 2012 is a red wine from the Northern Rhône. This double magnum is crafted entirely from Syrah grown on the steep, granite-soiled terraces of the Hermitage hill. Named after the small Saint-Christophe chapel that overlooks the vineyards, it presents a complex nose of smoked meats, cracked black pepper, olives and dark berries. The expression remains notably supple, featuring a seamless transition from the aromatic entry to a refined, medium-bodied palate.
