This beautifully aged cognac from independent importer and bottler Hermitage was made with 100% Ugni Blanc grapes. It has aromas of chestnuts, truffles and yeast. The palate exudes complex flavours of ripe dark fruit, spices, tobacco and leather. The finish is very long elegant and chewy.
