Highland Park 30 Year Old (2024 Release) is a single malt Scotch whisky from Orkney. This expression is bottled at 45.4% ABV and represents three decades of maturation in a combination of first-fill Sherry seasoned European oak casks and refill casks. The distillery uses local heather peat to dry its malt, imparting a gentle floral smoke that complements a profile of sun-drenched peaches, bitter chocolate and honeycomb. After tasting toasted almond and citrus zest on the palate, the experience ends with a long, spicy and sweet peat finish.
