From the Poli Distillery comes this superb grappa made from the pomace of ‘passito’ Vespaiolo grapes – the same varietal used in Fausto Maculan`s famous Torcolato dessert wine. It’s a clear, unaged grappa, with a full spectrum of flavours including dates, dried apricots, raisins, honey, cereals and mixed spices.
