Jacopo Poli Grappa di Bolgheri Sassicaia 2019 is a grappa crafted from pomace of the prestigious Sassicaia vineyard in Bolgheri. Distilled in small batches using traditional copper pot stills, this expression undergoes double maturation. Initially, it is aged for four years in wooden barrels, followed by a six-month finishing period in barrels previously used for Sassicaia wine.
