Lalique captures in its crystal nets one of Nature's purest beauties. A swarm of butterflies animates the material, lifted by the wind.

Like a hymn to the harmony of Nature, Lalique expresses here a desire to capture the beauty of movement through the depth of a richly detailed motif, magnified by the satin-finished repolished crystal. The swarm of butterflies appears animated, suspended in a moment of grace, as if ready to fly away, carried by the air.

The thin, delicate wings of the butterflies diffuse the light in a subtle play of transparency. The level of detail and the precision of the motif contribute to Lalique’s unique style and define this refined bowl.
