Langham Estate Blanc de Blancs 2021 is a traditional-method sparkling Chardonnay from Dorset. Benefiting from the cool climate and chalky soils of the South Downs, this wine develops intensity while maintaining a vibrant, citrus-led acidity. The grapes are hand-picked, whole-bunch pressed, and fermented with wild yeasts in a combination of used oak and stainless steel. Defined by a fine mousse and a saline focus that provides excellent structure, it is a precise example of the high quality that the English sparkling industry is now achieving, showing complex aromas of russet apple, cob nuts and brioche.
