Livio Felluga Pinot Grigio 2024 is a single-varietal white wine from the Friuli Colli Orientali DOC in northeast Italy. The vineyards, characterised by Eocene marl and sandstone soils, benefit from a unique microclimate that influences the grape`s development. After hand-harvesting, the grapes are gently destemmed and macerated briefly prior to soft pressing. Fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks, followed by six months of ageing on fine lees in steel.
