Based in the Loire Valley, Domaine Les Pierres Ecrites is a relatively young winery established in 2015 by Coralie and Anthony Rassin. Having crossed paths while employed at other wineries in the region, the couple decided to embark on their own winemaking venture. They acquired 8 hectares of vineyards in the Montlouis-sur-Loire appellation, planting Chenin Blanc, Cabernet Franc, Grolleau, and Gamay. The Montlouis Empreintes Sec Les Pierres Ecrites is a dry white wine made from Chenin Blanc cultivated in the Montlouis-sur-Loire appellation. The wine has a vibrant, citrusy profile, complemented by a fine acidity and minerality.
