The Mortlach x Starck L’Evolution Collection features two distinct expressions. Begin and Beyond. Begin showcases the distillery`s unaged spirit, presenting a raw profile with prominent pepper and pear notes, encapsulated in a striking raw aluminium 3D-printed cage. Beyond, on the other hand, is a mature single malt, matured in a blend of American and European oak and PX/Oloroso-seasoned casks over five decades. It reveals a complex character of dry sage, vanilla and spun sugar, housed in an elegant pink copper casing.
