Mujen 10 Year Old X Shochu is a refined rice shochu crafted in Japan`s Kuma region, in collaboration with the renowned Sengetsu Shuzo distillery. This spirit undergoes a decade of maturation in Canadian white oak barrels, resulting in a pale golden appearance. The flavour profile is complex, featuring distinct notes of roasted sweet potato and hints of warming spices. The mid-palate reveals a citrus lift, with a lasting finish reminiscent of lemon custard.
