Nuits-Saint-Georges Aux Thoreys 2023 is a refined Premier Cru Pinot Noir produced by the esteemed Domaine Sylvain Cathiard in the Côte de Nuits. Sourced from a steep, stony vineyard on the northern side of Nuits-Saint-Georges, this wine is celebrated for its mineral precision and vibrant floral aromatics. The 2023 vintage showcases Cathiard’s signature style of intense purity, featuring layers of crunchy redcurrants, violets and a touch of spicy oak. It possesses a high-toned acidity and fine-grained tannins that suggest excellent cellaring potential.
