Château Palmer is a 3ème Cru Classé property and is one of the most celebrated estates in the Margaux appellation, renowned for producing rich and opulent wines with exceptional longevity. The 2006 is a superb release from an excellent early-drinking vintage. Composed of 66% Cabernet Sauvignon and 35% Merlot it is decadent and silky, with delicious notes of black cherries, cassis, tobacco and liquorice.
