Pingus 2007 is a full-bodied red wine from Ribera del Duero, crafted by Peter Sisseck from centenarian Tempranillo vines. The cooler, slower-ripening season produced a wine of notable restraint and aromatic lift, showing a more vertical expression of the estate’s dense fruit profile. Subtle floral and graphite tones weave through black cherry and damson, framed by taut acidity and polished tannins.
