This vintage was produced with 100?% whole-cluster fermentations and gentle extraction to preserve the site’s natural tension. The wine shows wild cherry and sanguine fruit with chalky minerality and a hint of iron-rich edge. On the palate it is firm yet refined, and there’s a saline finish that hints this will evolve gracefully over a decade of cellaring.
