Domaine Etienne Sauzet Puligny-Montrachet Champ Canet 2023 is a Premier Cru white Burgundy from vines adjacent to Meursault-Perrières, benefiting from a similar limestone-rich geology. The 2023 season provided a generous crop which Benoit Riffault managed through biodynamic farming and early harvesting to preserve a racy acidity. This wine offers a concentrated profile of white peach, citrus zest and crushed stones, supported by a glossy texture from 18 months of maturation.
